SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and visitors.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome patients.
Answer phone calls, schedule patients, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Assist visitors with inquiries about services and provide skincare consultations.
Manage bookings and check-ins for guests.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and other office duties.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary or Wage Details:
$19/hr + depending on experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid medical license for RN, PA, or NP in Minnesota.
3+ years’ experience injecting Full-time.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of services and products used.
Salary or Wage Details:
Hourly + performance bonus structure.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This role ensures smooth clinic functioning through strong leadership in employee management, HR compliance, scheduling, patient experience, and operational support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and brings a balance of structure, warmth, and professionalism to the team.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead employee management, including scheduling and general support to ensure a positive and productive team environment.
Manage HR-related responsibilities such as compliance, onboarding, performance documentation, and training coordination.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in administrative and management —preferably in a healthcare, spa, or aesthetics environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support team members.
Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple moving parts across locations.
Understanding of HR principles and compliance-related processes.
Proficient with scheduling tools, project coordination, and office software.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and alignment with the Honey Aesthetics brand and values.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments and locations.
